Dead Acer Aspire One - which supplier/distributor to take it to if no invoice?

Friend's Acer Aspire One has died and needs to be returned.

Was bought at IC, but they can't find the invoice...

Who's the supplier they should take it to for fixing?

Nope.

When power button is pressed the light comes on but the laptop doesn't boot up.

Okay. What about a company that handles their warranties, does the repairing etc.?

I had the same problem - this might work (it did for me) but heed the warning wrt possibly voiding the warranty. I had already voided it by adding additional ram so I really had nothing to lose.

Axiz distrabute but acer handle the warranty's so take it to acer direct.
