Hi Guys

I Have a problem.

When I insert the CD for installation the Vodafone screen appears whereby you have the option of UK etc (it’s the first screen that appears after the cd runs).

I then get this message:

“Cannot Find E:\HTML\languagehelp9.html\html. Please ensure the path or network connection in correct”

Im running XP. It is impossible to remove this message without restarting the laptop. Once I do click restart this error message duplicates itself so I end up with about 10 messages all the same.

Vodacom 155 said they thought it was a cd corruption problem but the replacement does the same.

Anyone out there experienced this ? Any ideas ?

Thanks
:)

Can always just try and download the latest software here and not use a CD at all:

See this thread for some handy tips regarding software/drivers:

Just to update I got around the problem by copying the Vodafone CD to my HD and then running the software. No idea why the CD would not work.

Glad to hear.

There are one or two new tabs in this release that's not supported on our network. One is the 'MMS' tab, so don't get excited!

The other is the Vodafone E-mail option.
