After 3 weeks into my bundle of 350MB MTN Active still shows I have 270MB left. So does 162.

I stopped using my contract sim a few days ago and changed to prepaid but now get "No Connection and Timed Out" probs.

Now I will go back to my contract sim and use what they say I have left.
I have printed out my bill info with the date and remaining data for later when they bill me for OOB.

Is this not proof enough that I have NOT gone OOB?

Good grief, The big boss acknowleges that they have a problem but when are they going to fix it?

I have the same problem, if they do genuinely have a problem with system, then they should disable it rather than supply incorrect information which becomes unfairly profitable for them!

MTN are an ethical and morally bankrupt company. They are worse than most.

Why don't they Copy and Paste the Prepaid data totalizer:)

Yesterday I had R43 left on my Anytime 50 contract. Made some calls, sent some sms's. So this morning 808 says I have R164 left.

Data Drain ...

So the rollover happens on the 21st.

162 says: 635.1Mb

(I have a 512 Mb data bundle on my contract, from my "NetMeter" logs I used just about all of it so I don't know where the 120 odd Mb rollover comes from ... )

So today I check:

162 says: 613.8Mb

Nice EXCEPT I have not used ANY DATA on my MTN bundle since the 21st

Been using my Vodacom 3G Modem that has my MacBook Pro attached to it so that I can kill the 200MB I have left there before they rollover on the 31st.

And two months ago I was charged R300 odd for going OOB by MTN - "NetMeter" says "I didn't do it".

C'mon MTN, WTF are you PPL up to (apart from merging with Bharti and making a whole bunch of legals and other ppl rich)
