Kudos to Jannie van Zyl & Shaun Green

I am going to keep this short and sweet.

I had my umpteenth issue with iBurst accounts and blew my top via e-mail..

1) Shaun Green went the extra mile to get this resolved once again.
2) Jannie van Zyl phoned me personally on a Sunday (Got a voice message as I was away)
3) Jannie van Zyl e-mailed me assuring me the matter would be investigated resolved.
4) The resolution offered to me today by iBurst was more than fair.
5) I received e-mail confirmation of the agreement from Gary Barnett a short while ago.
6) I am a happy man once again.

Well done and my thanks to all involved!

Shaun - you are legend.
Jannie - the reputation you acquired as a go to guy is making itself apparent in no uncertain terms.

Just shows you when you have someone at the helm who actually has a brain and wants to help, all will be ok
