Looking for a french song(instrumental)

Well yeah i don't know what to look for any more on the internet i am looking for a French upbeat song, you know in the movies sometimes when they think about Paris or people GOTO Paris then they play this song with a relatively fast beat but also has either a wind/string instrument

Its for a video promo that i want to put on the web.

I hope you understand i am just struggling

I think it was ratatouille and could also have been the aristocats.

I have part of the song here but the guy is speaking over the music

They all have an accordian... LOL

I like a song called "girl from ipanema", its not French but has that french feel to it.
