Gprs Coverage Issues

GPRS in Springfield in Durban works only early in the morning and never at night for some reason or the other. Can V3G please tell us why this is so.

It now prevents a friend of mine from getting 3G because GPRS cant even work in his area. Why is this so inconsistant?
