It's not that much of a criminal case, the facts are still unknown. He looks like a useless police commissioner in any case.

You would think that position would be obtained by those within the force, but i guess with the ANC you can hop across to whatever corporate ladder you feel like.

Not yet a criminal. He is just going to court. But its doubtful he will be found guilty of anything. Thats how the ANC rolls!
