its usually the case with most websites. Clients (iBurst) will tinker until the very end and perhaps still continue tinkering through the month of april. Nothing really unusual

id say that site is highly unusual, none of it is ready, i am in web dev, we recieve deadlines for crazy complex sites and systems and those take a month to get up and then there is the tinkering issue which follows, but a working copy is done in a month max,
