I checked the box on the usage report to get updates everyday on my bandwith consumption, at 6:50 AM I got this email which says international will be throttled... does this mean local will be uncapped? I thought the 64k was for local and international, weird.

Oh and I'm not sure but I think this means the bandwith consumption will be calculated at around 6 ish everyday
 
I have exceeded 3GB today but I am not capped and am still downloading at 1mbit, my usage report says I have downloaded and uploaded 0MB so its not even showing there yet even though a few other users tell me thier usage is showing pretty quickly. Not that i'm complaining, WBS by all means keep me uncapped for as long as you want, go to whatever launch party you're throwin today, take it easy on the weekend and maybe think about capping me on monday :)
 
well looks like i wont be the first capped, but its interesting they say in the email only international will be capped to 64k, if thats true it means we can use proxy services liek nukecapped to have uncapped access :)
gigtech, my hat off to you man, you are a true power user :)
now just tell me if its only intl or local and intl that get capped

Yes please. Will someone please clarify this? If WBS is going the same way as Telkom with little impact on local speeds then I must say 'great job'. If not, it's time to consider a better business plan as you still cannot compete with Telkom, mmkay?

Hhmmm, gives me the incorrect user name and password login screen. Perhaps all users haven't been activated yet?

Ok . . theres seems to be confusion with the term capped and throttled (well i am confused anyway)

3GB cap . . (does local and international count towards this?
Throttling . . is only international then throttled ?

From what i read hear i deduce (which is very risky) that local and inetrnational up and down traffic will count towards reaching the CAP . . .and then the internation connection will be THROTTLED
