THE Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson's death WAS homicide, legal sources said tonight.
The finding makes it more likely criminal charges will be filed against Dr Conrad Murray, who was with the pop star when he died.
The reports come as court papers reveal the King of Pop was killed by lethal levels of the powerful anaesthetic Propofol.
Jacko suffered cardiac arrest and died on June 25, aged 50, at his Los Angeles home.
A search warrant affidavit for Dr Conrad Murray in California read:
"The Los Angeles Chief Medical Examiner-Coroner, Dr Sathyavagiswaran,
indicated that he had reviewed the preliminary toxicology results and his preliminary assessment of Jackson's cause of death was due to lethal levels of propofol (diprivan)."
