It seems more and more sources are reporting details about the 1976 swine flu "outbreak" and comparing it to the current one.

Here are some interesting facts about what happened then and probably what will happen now. Parents in particular should be interested since children are greatly at risk to the negative effects of the untested vaccines.

Regardless of other details, remember that swine flu has not been proven to have a higher mortality rate than normal flu. So don't compare the negative effects of swine flu vaccines to death from a serious disease. Compare it to ordinary influenza that puts you in bed for a day or two.

Here's the first quote I found somewhat disturbing, followed by the second one that is quite outrageous.

Around 40 millions doses of vaccine were distributed and injected into the population before the sudden halt of the program. The reason? Hundreds of individuals came down with a debilitating auto-immune response called Guillian-Barre syndrome or GBS. GBS causes paralysis in the extremities and the facial muscles. Guillain-Barre is one of the leading causes of non-trauma-induced paralysis in the world.

Only one individual succumbed to the actual "swine flu", so as you can see the vaccination campaign was a PR disaster costing the government millions in damages, and saw the enactment of a new law by the FDA to protect the government from having to pay out millions again should something like this happen in the future. The law gives pharmaceutical companies complete immunity from lawsuits due to deaths or complications from vaccines. It goes on to protect the government from similar legal actions as well.

Swine flu vaccinations killed more people in the US than swine flu itself.

It seems we have a choice in this matter, for now. Either risk contracting an illness only slightly worse than normal influenza or get an untested vaccine and risk a paralyzing brain disease.

Can anyone confirm the above email recommendation to be factual in any way?

I do have Vit C supplements on me cos of the colds and flu over winter.
