Here I am _again_, I always use these forums as a last resort, but now I have no other choice. For 2 days I have degraded service and packet loss. For 2 days I have been phoning them, and for 2 days I have been emailing them.

WHY DONT YOU ######## RESPOND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1


Ive lost thousands of rands in business due to the degradation of the service (and tyrone ... one of the orcs.... ITS NOT MY ###### MTU!!!) So, now, I have been sending an email every 30 min to a bunch of people in their offices, and now it goes to the next level. I will send an email every 5 min, until I get a reply. FFS!!!!
 
apparently they are having some issues on their netowork since this morning... according to what some dude from WBS said to me. What concerns me is nothing is showing up on their website...

Yeah, but just think, if you were LGM, you'd loose R3000 an hour ! :D

For me, 2 days offline and I'd start loosing clients - dunno about R3000 - I guess I could loose a potential client, like the one I'm gonna see this week.
 
well i don't know how 'loose' my clients would be but i might lose a few
 
my heart beat is faster than their support. well, i shouldn't be too mean. time to make a cake while on the line....

Lost thousands = If you make that much then you should know better and get a diginet. You should not make claims like that cause you loose credibility!

I do agree thought that their support is USELESS = Managment Fault

My concern lies with their new tower (5/5/2005) in olivedale at the recreational centre. = Coverage of an area already covered.

Stop putting towers on the side of a hill in a little basin. 1km further and you could get ALL of North Riding and get Kya Sands (Industrial area) plus Honeydew, JHB North, Juskei Park, Etc.

I am so disappointed. I have max 30% reception and was stupid in believing the tech guys @ WBS that my area North Riding (Ext NNW of North Gate Mall) will be "covered end of march" (Quote WBS Techie).

WBS, get a 24/7 support centre with REAL support guys and place towers properly.

P.S. To those WBS staff that are competent, my apologies!
 
Does support have a direct line? Dont care if i am paying. just want to know why my reception is sitting at 30% for the past week!
