GT5: Best Looking Game of All Time?

AWesome. Haven't watched the video (at work ATM) but just reading the text tells me how awesome this is going to be. Wonder how much a 3D tv is....
 
And if you are one of those "interactive gamers" as I like to call them, you know the ones that tilt there heads to the side when looking around a wall in a FPS or lean left when turning a corner, then I dont see this working very well... cute idea, but not very practical...

I can see it now, some dude on the final corner of a 5 lap Nurbergring race, to finally progress to the next stage, he has a subaru WRX STI taking him on the inside, he leans left, camera pans left to check the blind spot, missing the apex and spinning out. Throwing a fit because he has to redo 60 minutes of his life.

No thanks.
 
PGR3 and PGR4 did the whole look out the window(and smile:D) at your opponents thing a long time ago but with the analog sticks:D

Anyway, we will have to wait and see how this pans out because who has time to look around in the heat of racing;)
 
It's not really looking left and right, you'll keep looking straight ahead, just tilting your head left or right. I actually think it'll work pretty well - need to check a blindspot, turn head a little to the left and right. You wont need to do 90 degree headturns for this. ;)

Superb technology and already included 3D tech? WoW.
 
Best looking game of all time? no way, there are already many pc games which look better.

As far as racers go? debatable, DIRT 2 looks much better and has proper damage, not just bent bumpers.
and theres a difference between best looking racer and best looking game ever.

yeah but xbox decided to release 2 proper racing games instead of releasing a paid for demo and a game that looks like forza has already beaten it on graphics and features, and its only taken sony 5 years to achieve all that :rolleyes:
