Green snow and distortion on monitor

Hi guys,when I turn my xbox on(im using a Xbox VGA cable)the screen distorts erratically and and has green snow on it,I think its damage to HANA chip or something because i did get the e74 error a while back and I got some other guy to repair it,I was just wondering if maybe maestro or someone else has maybe seen something like this and if its completely F##ked or is it a repairable problem..

It's not completely messed up but it depends entirely on what the 'other guy' did to fix it.

I suspect the old heatgun repair routine.

It will RROD or E74 again if left to its own devices ;)

GPU calling it quits!

*Sigh* I really need to open branches across the country :o
