problems after 'upgrade'

Same here.
Last nite was flying..
Today no more than 100kbps local, 45kbps international.

same...can you guys just list your specs so i can foward them to them 2moz.

Area: Randburg(Blairgowrie)
Tower : Not Sure
Modem : UTD USB
Problem : Poors speeds after upgrade...feels like dial-up

Those should be fine just so i can prove others are also having problems

Area: Fourways Gardens
Tower: Indaba (1.5km) 5 green leds
Modem: UTD Ethernet
Problem: Poors speeds after upgrade...feels like dial-up

Area: Bergbron
Tower : Northcliff
Modem : UTD USB
Problem : Poors speeds after upgrade...feels like dial-up

Torrents are working very slow as well.
I have 100% signal.

...and to think I cancelled my ADSL account

no difference

i have not notiiced any difference, i actually think its slower than b4

Area: Montana
Tower: Wonderboom
Modem: UTD USB
Problem : Same as others

Area: Parkview
Tower: Auckland Park
Modem: UT-D (5 green lights)

Consistently slow speed throughout the day and night and i am not "burst"ing higher

guys if you have not reached your caps yet and you consistently getting about 64-70kbs on international speed test this might be that the iburst system glitched and has randomly capped some iburst users, us being the unfortunate users.

its late and i am tired. let us know if you resolve this tommorrow or speeds get better.

hi, all my speeds are back today but being it only 07:34, i will wait until later when traffic makes its peak before deciding if things are back to normal.

hi,
my speeds are bad again...phoned wbs they say uunet are having an 'international problem' with one of their lines in Miami, not sure why this would effect us!
They couldnt explain why i am having poor speeds locally. I could'nt get through to any technical staff, but they said they will phone me back in an hour. Please, if your connection is bad today, try and phone them and complain.

joy machine that issue was resolved at 8:35am... look at uunet site.
everything is fine on uunet as in no reported problems...

wbs are also going to 'phone me in the hour'. i asked them to get a network guy to look at my acount and they go and send a technician to my tower... i mean wtf?
