Bandwidth ISSUE 20 April 2005 - Speeds slow (hogs are out)

I've open this theread since, I actually think the bandwidth aint been distrubute to everyone on the IBURST network, Bandwidth hogs, are still getting good speed who paid for extra bandwidth well others suffer. Speeds were back for maybe few hours or so but since then the speeds are been sour.

Who else is experience the same problem?
