I have heard a rumor lately that the infrastructure supporting the Paulshof area has been improved in the last few months. I used to be a subscriber but cancelled the contract until such time as the signal improved.

Could anyone confirm or deny that fact before I waste my time applying for the same service I had before?

dont waste your time/money. They "improved" the infrastucture in my area and NOTHING has changed. You did the right thing by cancelling!
