So last night I had R56 airtime cause I bought a R55 airtime voucher. This morning I have R25.90 left. Now If I check what what deducted on the itemised billing I see online content -R2.50

10 times each 1 second apart 02:23:30 AM on 2009-10-26

I was sleeping. this is straight fruad cause I didn't authorise this at all. I was sleeping. I don't have subscription or online content and that rubbish!

This is happening all the time and I have no way to stop it and I'm sick of it now! F**** vodacom and the stupid content providers that think they can steal money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

agreed - they are thieves, as are most of the other players out there. We are lowly consumers who enjoy being taken for rides.

Hope you can sort that out man, dont let them get away with it.

Calling 111 says I bought content online. OMG I was sleeping! This is fraud right? This isn't even my primary number. I have a MTN too. I just use both cause to make off net calls are too expensive.

Is this a new SIM? Is it possible you have a number that has been re-allocated and the previous owner subscribed to content?

As far as I know there is no mechanism in place to ensure that WASPs unsubscribe a number when it is re-allocated.

Yes. i saw it in Jet and bought it but I was actually intrested in a CellC sim so I ported it to cellc but when Vodacom launched Y4L I ported back from cellc.

Some money was deducted from my CellC number to as a matter of fact.

I managed to get the company info from 111 because I was extremely rude and swore at him. He gave it to me.

I have emailed them but as you can see from the link it seems that its vodacom that sell services to other companies so I'm back to step 1 :sick::sick:

Why can they not implement a function on V4ME that lists all current subscriptions and allows you to cancel them?

Cointel have been in the dock numerous times with fines to prove it. They seem to be a distancing branch of Vodacom.

Why would they do that when they can just take your money instead? I believe vodacom also profits from this ;)
