god sometimes the news in this country is just too sick for words...

Pietermaritzburg - The community of Mbutshane in Sweetwaters was reeling in shock on Tuesday at the news of the brutal murder of a 5-year-old girl and her 3-year-old brother, allegedly by their mother.

Nontobeko and her brother Xolani were stabbed and hacked to death, and their throats had been slit.

Their mother was arrested on charges related to the murders.

It is believed she was trying to destroy evidence to quash a rape case against her common law husband, who is accused of raping Nontobeko in September. She was allegedly distraught when he was arrested.

It just shows what some woman would do for a good-for-nothing-man. At least her parents had some common sense reporting the rape to the police, just very sad it had to end this way. Wonder what will happen to the commen law husband now. He'll proberly get of scott free while she rots in jail. The irony!

This! This case has everything to do with a woman that chooses her husband over her children.

No, I was talking about the slaughtering of cows to open new stadiums. I have said that this is a sad case of a woman choosing a man over her children.

I don't get what slaughtering and eating a cow has to do with this though?

Do you eat meat? you know cows get slaughtered for your meat right? Same thing just done differently.

Guys, there is ways of killing animals for food. Having it bleed to death and that in the name of good luck is discusting. There is no way you can justify it no way.

Sorry it had nothing to do with the actual topic and for that I apologise.

But it's savage and so is this killing.

Let's just agree to disagree that our cultures are different. I might find other people's culture "discusting".
