Telecommunications operators with most complaints revealed

cell-c thing likely due to network.. but would be interesting what its handset related % is.

The ICASA stat is pretty funny :p
 
Cell C fail?
Guess Vodacom is the best choice as a cell phone network, considering that they hardly have more complaints than MTN despite far more customers.
But why has Neotel got 0%? Is that due to when they started recording these figures? Or lack of people signed up with them?
 
I think Cellc only racked so much due to congestion on the network with free calls etc...
Would like to see a breakdown if possible?

Nope it is due a lack of coverage from Neotel side :D
 
I think this stat are very old.
Otherwise neotel would be up there.
And MTN would be higher cos this year they have been absolute crap.

I smell a rat there somewhere - complaints in proportion to subscribers must be huge.

Do you want to tell me, everyone complaining on MyBB have not complained to ICASA?
 
Im pretty sure i remember seeing an article a while back about a business man taking Neotel to ICASA
 
8% is huge for ICASA particularly since no-one outside of tech circles even care that they exist.
