I doubt it will do anything, but I have logged my complaint on www.hellopeter.co.za

I complained once against Nandos there, and Nandos responded instantly and brilliantly and I am now a very loyal customer of theirs.

Let's see if NeoTel is the same...
 
If that's what it takes to get a company to respond to a complaint then I don't think they deserve respect.

Oh well, I'm sure Peter appreciates people helping him to rake in money from these companies ;)
 
IMHO its one thing responding with condescending words, but whether they will actually do anything is another story altogether. Many of these companies have form letter responses that they brandish.

I think we should all just go to their offices and make a scene and not leave till the problem is fixed.
 
If you do a search on hello peter you will see they dont care

how do u see other peoples complaints?! im slightly confused with this site.
 
Well... according to the adage that "Every bit helps", I logged a call on getclosure as well.

Not that I think it is going to solve my problem any time sooner, nor will it make my first grey hair I found this morning go back to being brown... but at least my blood pressure is going down.
