So, what do people think of the team. Who's going to the games?

I got my tickets for the PE game earlier today. :D

My starting eleven would be:

Moeneeb Josephs

Siboniso Gaxa, Morgan Gould, Siyabonga Sangweni, Tsepo Masilela

Elrio van Heerden, Kagisho Dikgacoi, Daylon Classen, Daine Klate

Katlego Mphela Kermit Erasmus

Finally Claasen and Erasmus get a call up... :D I've been using them in my football manager 2009 bafana game. Got them to the semi finals of wc 2010  :D. But seriously, I'm glad we're blooding the youngsters

+1. There is a ton of talent in the lower age groups. Just look at the u20's!

I see Khune is still injured though. He'd definitely be my first choice keeper. Nice to see Daine Klate in the squad too!

Regardless of Selection my team is:

Khune
Mokoena Booth Morris Dicgacoi
Pienaar Van Heerden Claasen Sibaya
Erasmus Parker

Why doesn't anybody see that Mokoena is not national squad material? Let alone captain material? I don't know about having Parker ahead of Mphela in there. He's struggling to get into the Twente starting lineup atm.

Seriously why is Mokoena still this team's captain? The less said about Fenandez the better, the guy is of form and probably he is the Arminia Bielefeld's ballboy during training sessions and so goes for Teko Modise he is off form. I'm a Pirates fan like the guy but national team is no place for sentiments. Thulani Serero and Andile Jali would have been better choices...IMO.

can't believe Mokoena is still part of the team

In fact the first thing I did when I saw the article was to check if Mokoena's name is still on the list.
