Can somebody please explain to the call center people the difference between BlackBerry Web Client and BlackBerry Enterprise (especially the pricing). To hold on each time for 3-7 minutes while they are looking for someone who understands the product only to get transfer to another department is not very funny

Our apologies on the lack of information given to you from the call centre's. Id also like to advise that there is a number clients can dial in order to have these services explained to the T, otherwise we also offer all the info on www.mtn.co.za.
The number to dial is 1555 or 0831555 both are unfortunately chargeable .
If you could can you please PM me the info as in what number you called, agents you spoke to so we can look into assisting those agents.
