Residents will experience water interruptions in Soweto, Wynberg and Sandton on Monday, Johannesburg Water said.
Soweto residents would experience shortages from 8am to 4pm, Wynberg residents from 9.30am to 3.30pm, and Sandton residents from 9am to 4pm.
The interruptions were due to infrastructure upgrades.
"Johannesburg Water wishes to apologise to the residents in affected areas and undertakes to have the interruption resolved as soon as possible," it said.
