Macbook Pro Special at iStores - Is it a Deal?

I've seen the price drop on the macbooks (pro i think?) at iStores but not seen much on the forum about it, is it a good deal? last i saw they were R12500? from about R14K?
 
i think so, still is the silver macbook but possibly one version before the new one?
 
It's the older version - they're just getting rid of old stock - you can get a Macbook for 9999.
