Are Liverpool a top 4 team?

Who do they play like a team who doesnt deserve to qualify for the Europa League?
 
Due to a host of factors that never allowed Barcelona football club to have the same rights Real Madrid had.

At least you admit the truth;)

The truth about Liverpool is that we have no divine right to be top 4 but we will be again as we always are. Our bad spell can be placed at the door of our American owners and a terrible series of injuries to key players. We have a top 4 first team but our squad players aren't top 4 yet
 
its only november and they are 3 points behind 4th spot

they've had a bad run, but lets keep some perspective, gerrard is back, and things will turn around for them

do you decide who is a top 4 team based on 3 months football, or the fact they've been top 4 for how many years in a row now?

Yeah, as much fun as it has been to laugh at them over the past weeks (and let's face it it has been fun), they will recover.

With Gerrard and Torres in the team, they should do enough to get into 4th again.
 
Maybe the topic should have read - Are Liverpool genuine title contenders?

Every year besides last season, its the same old ATTEMPT to win the EPL. If it were not for Chelsea, United would win it every year.

Agreed. Stupid question in my view. Man United at this stage were in 6th position about 10 points behind the leaders. There is still lots of football to be played.

Liverpool have finished in the top 4 on 9 out of the last 10 seasons.
 
not a chance this season but I will add this "it will take a very stupid man to right off LFC's chances"



even if its the last game of the season & we're 10 points behind the leaders, LMAO

Well, before the 2008/2009 season I always thought that we were not title contenders for obvious reasons. After last season I finally saw that we can be and I still currently believe we are, maybe not this season but I'm confident we will be in the future as long as we keep Rafa.

This season however we have all learned, through the injuries we've had, that maybe squad wise we are not title contenders compared to the likes of Man United and Chelsea.

Some of us already knew we weren't title contenders at start of the season;)
