DSTV 1110 - need to connect to an older set

I'm currently at the wild coast on holiday - brought down my decoder 1110, now the tv i need to connect to only has the normal aerial connection and red,white,yellow connectors.

On the decoder are rf in and rf out, can i use these, what are they for?:confused:
 
Sorry, typo - the tv only has the normal aerial connection and no red,white,yellow connectors like on the decoder.

You need to use the RF out connector on the decoder and plug it into the aerial connector on the TV.
 
and then because there is only utter cr@p on DSTV wonder why you went through all the trouble in the first place. :D
 
One used to be able to have two decoders and one card. Then there's no shlepping decoders around, but DSTV in all their wisdom, decided to stop it.

What a predictable post. All post about DSTV on MYBB will have at least one guy posting about how bad they are...

Lol!!!!!! (Sorry guys, but you have to admit, the comedic timing of this post is just perfect!)

DSTV may have crap.... but SABC has got NOTHING! (not even crap.:sick:)
