so after been told by neotel that they cant supply a faster speed than around 250 kbps (kilobits) on my neoflex due to congestion on their towers, even though their contract states minimum of 450, it looks like I will have to look for alternatives.
I came across screamer earlier today - and I am in their coverage area - so doing some research - at the moment they so far look like your usual SA telecommunications company as they have a voice message on their customer services and they haven't called back, so that doesn't look promising, but at the moment any alternative to neotel looks better.
I see they are mentioned in the wimax forums so will go do some reading, but just a message to anyone pulling their hair out dealing with the incredible slow offerings from neotel, there may be an alternative.
