How long have we had Vodacom 079 numbers?

Pardon the weird question but...

Did we have 079xxxxxxx mobile numbers in SA back in 2005??

I'm being stalked by a girl (or let's hope its a girl) with a 079 number who claims that she met me back in 2005... would be hugely beneficial if someone could confirm that there were no 079 numbers back then, then at least I know her story does not check out.

Sorry to spam these forums with silly issues like this but I had no idea where else to ask and I kinda need to resolve this... :wtf:
 
If my memory serves me correctly .... no, we did not have 079 numbers back then. But, does not mean that she did not meet you back then hey. She might have changed providers etc.
 
The one thing has got nothing to do with the other. If u single , hookup, its the season for giving.
 
Thing is, she started smsing me and was "upset" that I didn't have her number on my phone. So she accused me of deleting her number etc.

Which means that she is pretending she had the same number back in 2005 (when she claims we met) or she is too stupid to remember that she changed her own number since.

Having said that I kinda agree with akescpt.......
 
Call me paranoid, but it could be a trick. Why contact him after so long?

Plus he doesnt remember... i know i would remember a girl i met so long ago if i had given her my number/she had given me her number.
 
cricket box? what is that? you mean a ball box? If that is what you are refering to, it might just serve as a encouragement...due to the size increade and the challenge it poses hehe.
