Will my pc run it well enough? I'm considering pre-ordering this, but not sure whether my pc is going to be good enough.

My specs:

CPU - amd x2 64 5200+ oc'd @ 3.0
GPU - 9800gtx+ 512mb
Ram - 3gig
Motherboard - Asus m2n-dvi am2

Considering the game is running on a crappy xbox 360, my gfx card should be good enough?
 
GFX card will be fine for medium-high.
CPU will be fine but see if you can upgrade that, what socket is it?
 
Socket AM2, which is the sad part. Only next step, using the same motherboard, would be a Phenom x4 9650, but benchmarks dont look very appealing with that cpu.
 
Save up.

When the game is released try it out, if it sucks upgrade else spend the $ on something else.

AMD Phenom II X4 940, 8MB, AM2+, 3GHZ L2 Cache Quad Core R 1,415 excl. R 1,613 incl.

Would that cpu work on your pc cause that is a great cpu.

I don't think that cpu would work with my current motherboard Killadoob. If i were to buy that cpu with a new motherboard, would it not make my graphics card outdated(9800gtx+)? Or should i say would my gpu not bottleneck the cpu.

LOL ya cannot wait, missing VOIP since i stopped bf 2 :D.

Dal your 9800 card is not all that bad man. Start saving though not sure even my 9800gx2 will hold up but i am hopeful.
