Who's buying Bad Company 2?

Ok so I'm gonna start by saying, i'm pretty sure we are all fed up about the "lameness" of IW.net. Not being able to get game. Host Migration always failing, disconnecting in mid-game. This is all a result of no Dedicated Servers.

Bad Company 2 is being released on 2 March 2010 according to GameSpot. I've seen pics and vids, and it looks FreAkInG AwEsoMe:D Best of all, there's gonna be dedicated servers. I played bad company 1 on xbox360 and I played it.

So who here is gonna buy Bad Company 2?

I'm going to, just for the mere fact that I hate waiting 10-20 min before I can even start trying to play a game of COD.

Im at this stage on a 50 50 side I loved COD4 MW2 is cool but Steam + IWNET = sucks unwiped monkey booty


So yeah I reckon I will get it and if its cool I will ditch MW2 but alot depends on the comunity I think as MW comunity is cool.
 
Assuming there are no terrible surprises (of IW.net calibre), I'll certainly be buying it.

Battlefield 2 is still my favourite online FPS of all time.

Haha true :D Mw2 community is cool, lots of guys playing it, but I don't see any reason why Bad Company 2 wont have a big community. I think one of the factors that would stop people from playing BC2 is that their PC's wont handle the game.
 
COD has always been cool but it gets boring. I could not imagine playing 8 hours of cod4 a day.

spawn shoot die, spawn shoot die, hmmm let me mix it up and change my weapon and then i will spawn shoot kill again :D.

No thanx 1 hour a day is all good, now bring on this game already so i can play my 8 hours a day :D.

Unlocking perks and weapons is what keeps me playing.
 
Yip, pre-ordered.

On their Twitter feed (http://twitter.com/OfficialBFBC2) they mention servers in SA:

#BFBC2_PC Beta will be region free w/ servers in US, Western & Eastern Europe, South Africa, Brazil, Middle East, Oz, New Zealand, & Japan. 9:29 AM Jan 11th from TweetDeck
 
I am gonna buy one from the store, take it back after i write down the cd-key, and then go home and download it on my local cap...woohoo,, BC2 for the win

Yep I am getting this. I will probably still play mw2 as well :)

A lot of people seem to think they going to leave mw2 for this, but I bet they iw will release the first DLC then with new maps etc and people will still be playing both.
