Activists Missing After Declaring “War on Leather” at Motorcycle Rally

Johnstown, PA (GlossyNews) – Local and state police scoured the hills outside rural Johnstown, Pennsylvania, after reports of three animal rights activists going missing after attempting to protest the wearing of leather at a large motorcycle gang rally this weekend. Two others, previously reported missing, were discovered by fast food workers “duct taped inside several fast food restaurant dumpsters,” according to police officials.
“Something just went wrong,” said a still visibly shaken organizer of the protest. “Something just went horribly, horribly, wrong.”

The organizer said a group of concerned animal rights activist groups, “growing tired of throwing fake blood and shouting profanities at older women wearing leather or fur coats,” decided to protest the annual motorcycle club event “in a hope to show them our outrage at their wanton use of leather in their clothing and motor bike seats.” “In fact,” said the organizer, “motorcycle gangs are one of the biggest abusers of wearing leather, and we decided it was high time that we let them know that we disagree with them using it…ergo, they should stop.”

Confront a U.S. flavour biker gang & criticising their sense of fashion? Not. Smart. :D

I thought the article was quite funny. These protestors obviously never read "Hells Angles" by Hunter S. Thompson. All the better if they were PETA members (which I strongly suspect), they basically got a taste of their own medicine and it didn't go down quite well. :D

With regard to my PETA remark, [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9ijLulwUTY[/ame], http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=27865922. Not sure if either one is the full episode as I didn't actually watch them on these links.

“They peed on me!!!” charged one activist. “They grabbed me, said I looked like I was French, started calling me ‘La Trene’, and duct taped me to a tree so they could pee on me all day!”
This is the funniest thing I've come across in quite a while:D

lol decided to take on somebody not afraid to fight back

When confronted with the allegations of force-feeding the activists meat, using them as ad hoc latrines, leaving them incapacitated in fast food restaurant dumpsters, and ‘farting on their heads,’ the organizer declined to comment in detail. “That’s just our secret handshake,” assured the organizer

Give them each a medal :D

Reminds me of when the bikers used go around beating up hippies. This must have been nostalgic for them.

Lol that was a great laugh. Well if something did happen to the missing guys, it will be worthy of a Darwin award.

You just dont turn up at a Bike Rally and throw stuff at bikers and call them murderers...its quite rude, as the one biker said ;)

This really does not help alan and pals convince people the american public are not a bunch of idiots :D.

Well, I like the idea of the new handshake, farting on their heads. I for one have an ongoing supply of handshakes. And really the ‘inclusiveness’ is by far a more positive reaction to turn negative activism around. I like it. I think our motorcycle club should take a lesson from their positive turn around of a possible explosive situation. In fact I think I might use their example at my work place! “Good Morning, I have a new handshake I would like to share with you…”

This ' woman ' is not very into femininity. :D

Oh lol, what an epic fail.

But I suspect it's fake:
