Hi

Apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere - I have done my best to search through the entire forum.

I'm using BB BIS at the moment and have set up two Exchange mailboxes on my BB Curve via the Vodacom Blackberry website.

I've now set up a MWEB hosted Exchange mailbox for my business, which offers a hosted BES solution. BES offers a lot of additional functionality that would be nice to have, specifically mail folders and better calendar integration with my colleagues.

But as I understand it, I can only have one Exchange mailbox on my BES handheld ... ? Someone suggested I can layer BIS on top of BES - firstly, is this possible? And secondly, I presume I'd be paying double each month.

Any ideas out there?

Thanks

You can have 1BES mailbox and upto 9 BIS mail boxes all at the same time. 10 in total.

You need to contact MTN or Vodacom and ask them to activate BISBES, not bis + bes but a third service called bisbes.

Then, your BES is setup the usual way, and the BIS mailbox is set up on the vodacom/mtn blackberry website.

Bisbes should cost R99 per month in total.
