I would just like to find out if you know what the fax number is that one needs to send a cancellation form through for CORPORATE clients. I've tried several times by calling the Vodacom number 082 1958, 082 111, 082 155 to absolutely no avail.
I'm on a MyGigOne contract and the term expires on the 4th February 2010. I do not want to renew it.
Why on earth do they need my ID number, cellphone number, bank details etc if I just want a simple number? Talk about wasting time...
