IS NEOTEL OVER CHARGING ME? FROM 7.5GB -36GB IN ONE MONTH?

Before Neotel, I had Telkom, I used an average of 8GB/month. My first three months with Neotel, my average was 7.5GB/month. Without changing anything in the way I have used my broadband, my usage for November was 19GB and December was 36GB. I am now scared to open January Billing, even though I was away for 3 weeks!

How is this possible?
Is there anyone else having the same problems?
 
um, maybe you should post this in the Neotel section rather than in the Broadband News section?
