If you want to show your available credit in ZAR it is an account setting - https://secure.skype.com/account/main-page

If you just want to know the call rates in ZAR it is here - http://www.skype.com/prices/callrates/?currency=ZAR#allRatesTab

CAD
CHF
DKK
GBP
HKD
JPY
KRW
NOK
PLN
SEK
TWD
USD
