Okay, I just got a warning from a mod regarding that story I posted about how the "Voice of God" was a "mate playing a prank".
I've been asked to come clean with it so here it is..

The reason there was no link was because I made it up. I thought everyone would know it was a joke when reading it, but given how unbelievable the actual story was I guess I can understand how some people might consider my embellishment to the story as plausible.

I regret what I did and I will not do it again. Any other stories I post will have links to reputable sources.

Okay, okay. Mr you have to much time on your hands. Forgiven.

LOL, hope your apology is worth more than old Jacob's apology

You did not treat it like a "joke" whilst defending the post.

And you got ripped a new one and deservedly so if you ask me.

I don't know I will keep an open mind. Maybe he does become senseable and a valued poster here on MyBB.

All the best MrHands.

Yeah while I might not agree with the OP on a lot of points, he is new here and probably trying to make an impression. Hopefully this has taught him that we're not gullible idiots who believe everything that's posted here.

On a side note though, from what I've gathered it's generally frowned upon when you disclose PMs & infractions handed down, I'd keep it on the down low in future.

Nope you may state /discuss what you got an infraction for. But your not allowed to challenge the punishment which was imposed.

wasn't it Mr Hands yesterday who mentioned that one of the victims in an article looked like a "trouble maker"?

It was him... maybe he's apologising because he got a new "warning"? He does seem to have a penchant for "making things up". If he were a cop he'd be manufacturing a lot of "evidence".

I knew it was BS but I must admit the only reason I didn't think you'd written it was that it was actually pretty funny and I didn't think you were clever enough.

Don't know why you didn't admit to it sooner, like maybe as soon as you were called on it instead of defending it for pages.

Note to self: All threads by MrHands not to be taken seriously.

Do not fear there is life after being banned from MYBB.

I didn’t know it was a joke and sucked it in. I just thought that the perpetrator must have felt terrible and why did he not have any indication of the jokee’s intention? Why confess to a joke-gone-wrong of that magnitude? He must have realized that it would only buy him grief, destroy a friendship and open him up to legal action. There were questions but the government takes more bizarre and irrational decisions, thus making it plausible.
