Hi,

iPhone 3G (8GB) running currently on 3.1.2(7D11) with Rock. Now, I've read, and understand, I cannot upgrade to 3.1.3 - it sucks, but that's life.

On my 3.1.2 software version though, the phone's WIFI doesn't work (it was a bug in that specific release as far as I understand).

What do I load now, to make my WIFI work again?

Thanks!

From a quick google (http://www.google.co.za/search?q=3.1.2+jailbreak+wifi+fix&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a) i came across these two pages:

http://www.topiphoneresource.info/wifi-youtube-fix-for-iphone-3-1-2-jailbreak-issues/
http://www.redmondpie.com/fix-blacksn0w-wifi-youtube-gps-problem-on-iphone-3.1.2-firmware-9140085/

Also I would strongly recommend Cydia rather than Rock. Some apps when installed with Rock cause your phone to go into an endless boot and force you to restore.. Speking from personal experience here (SBSettings)
Apple have stopped signing 3.1.2 firmware, so you would be forced to upgrade to 3.1.3 (which is only jailbreakable recently on Mac with Pwnage Tool)

Cydia stores an "SHSH" of your firmware which allows you to be able to restore the phone back to 3.1.2 even though apple no longer signs it.

Besides, all apps are designed for Cydia anyways, so rather use that ;)
