Deep Tax Breaks Offered For Broadband Access

Every time I see one of these anouncements on the main site, I always get my hopes up... until I see its in Australia/US/UK/Korea/Chine/Japan/everywhere else.

Everyone always says that, but come on this is Souf Efrieka - where will Gov do something like that? Tax breaks is something they have never heard of, they only think of *new* ways to tax people who have some form of income.
 
Thats in the pipeline afaik cos gov thinks everything belongs to them.. well, everything that makes money - if its something which costs money they shy away like Telkom from a poor area.
