Article: Alan Knott-Craig's R1m-a-month deal

Vodacom's former CEO, Alan Knott-Craig, is being paid a R1-million-a-month "retainer" by the cellular network operator, 18 months after he retired

The Sunday Times has established that the payments - described as "money for nothing" - were never disclosed to shareholders. Vodacom shareholders are the South African government, Vodafone and BEE scheme YeboYethu.

If it is for an 18 month period, then include Telkom on the list of shareholders not informed of the R1m/month!!
