UUNet based accounts.

About a year ago I was using an account from one of the smaller UUNet based ISPs for ISDN 64k. I've tried many different ISPs, and from what I've seen UUNet has always had the best speeds for local gaming. I used to have lower latency to some SAIX servers than people with SAIX accounts. My questions is, are there still any good ISPs around that use UUNet?

UUNet I know go through personal / private ISP Web Africa. http://www.webafrica.co.za.
Further to that you need to be a buisness comsumer to go with UUNet.
