Hi, maybe someone can help me with the following. I am using a Vodafone U630 card and GPRS card, with minimal problems through the VF dashboard software. I have recently bought a Possio Wireless residential gateway. This is a Linux box into which you plug the PCMCIA card. It connects to the Vodacom network and then creates a WLAN hotspot in your office using the cellular 3G or GPRS as backhaul.
The problem is that the device addresses the 3G card in a command line fashion only. I need flexibility in terms of instructing the U630 card via dial-up string whether to connect via 3G or GPRS
