So who got tickets? So far I got for Argentina and Korea....Don't support neither (France!). Hey you can't miss the world cup :D
 
Iv got 12 tickets.

France vs Uruguay - 4 tickets
Italy vs Paraguay - 4 tickets
R16 H1 vs G2 (Spain vs Portugal/Brazil) - i dont see Ivory Coast finishing 2nd in the group. - 4 tickets
 
I'll watch the games from a pub or something, not interested in going to the games themselves.
I'm going to suffer enough as it is sitting in the F'ing traffic.
I CAN SAY I WAS I WAS THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad: IN THE F'ing TRAFFIC!
 
I have applied for a semi final twice and got rejected both times.

Maybe i will get lucky in the last phase.
 
I have:

South Korea vs Greece (cat 4, 3 tickets)
Germany vs Serbia (cat 4, 2 tickets)
Portugal vs Ivory Coast (cat 4, 2 tickets)
Round of 16 1A vs 2B (cat 4, 2 tickets)

All games in PE. Still hoping to get tickets for the 1/4 final and 3rd/4th play off.

sigh...i'd rather watch that game than the finals actually
 
I have the following, all Cat 1

Argentina - Korea - 2
Germany - Ghana - 2
Brazil - Ivory Coast - 2
Netherlands- Denmark - 2

Bought these to watch with the wife, and then she gets media accreditation for all the games, hence I will be looking for a partner...

People please understand that the media reported the 'price cut' badly. What is happening is that more seats are being sold as cat 4 and fewer as cat 2 and 3. I will quote from another thread in this forum soon.

What that means is that if there are unsold cat 2 tickets, cat 3 people will sit where cat 3 positions used to be. Cat 3 then moves in to fill up the open spaces. That leaves open un sold cat 2 and 3 spaces, at the end of cat 3's seats, that becomes part of cat 4.

G7 Germany- Australia (Durban) CAT 4
G18 France - Mexico (Polokwane) CAT 4
G28 Italy - New Zealand (Nelspruit) CAT 4
G53 1E VS 2F (Durban) CAT 4
G57 Quater Finals (PE) CAT 2
 
Round of 16 - Soccer City.
I'd applied for 7, got only this. Really hoped to see Brazil.
I will try to see Argentina and some of the smaller matches.

And yeah, you can't miss the world cup in your own backyard. I have met a couple of people who plan to watch it at home on TV. I say that's stupid, where I can't get tickets I'm gonna be trolling the fan parks like a mother.
 
anyone know when the newly allocated lot of Category 4 Tickets go on sale? I checked on the ticketing page, but still the same as before.

From phase 5, about 9 April I think. This will be an over the counter phase.
