writing and siging on a Storm2 phone

I'm due for an upgrade and looking for a phone that I hope could fulfill this need:
I usually carry around a bag of forms, which clients have to sign. So i do quotes on excel, and if they are happy with the quote, they need to sign the quote and a request form. The request form is in pdf format.
I was wondering if the Storm 2 could do this, ie where i have the form on my phone, and the client signs the form on the phone screen. I could then save and email the form to my office immediately.
If the storm cana't do this, is there any other phone that can?

Don't think this is possible on ANY mobile phone.

No phone can edit pdf files or enter data in pdf forms. Excel is possible but I don't think capacitative touch screens can do this. And office applications wouldn't accept this kind of input in any event.

Ok, thanks to both of you. Guess I should rather get a tablet pc for that then.

Rather focus on everything else i want a phone to do and leave the siging thing to a tablet pc.
