Telkom today announced the resignation of Nkenke Kekana, Group Executive for Regulatory Affairs and Public Policy.
Kekana will leave at the end of June to pursue other career opportunities.
"I have a learnt a lot in the two years that I spent at Telkom, and - together with the Telkom team - made a contribution in positioning the company for competition," said Kekana.
CEO Sizwe Nxasana said Kekana played a key role in the changing regulatory environment and the liberalisation of the ICT sector.
He praised him for his efforts in building and facilitating relations between Telkom and its stakeholders, including government.
