So what happens to the photos that are uploaded to MyB in terms of intellectual property , do they become the property of MyB?

Should we watermark our photos to keep the copyright?
 
You did not think rpm survives on the site alone? :D (Just kidding, no idea)

I actually don’t know either :o

I suspect that users give us the right to store and display the photos, but that the poster/member retains the intellectual rights to the photos.

Will ask our legal expert exactly what the story is...
 
I may be wrong but on a forum isn't it public domain once posted? Same as your posts?

You could add a copyright notice to your photos if you want to be safe.
 
Way I see it, if intelectual property was transferred then all the images that get uploaded would need to be moderated with permission from the original source (as in from other websites). It would be a mammoth task to track all of that.
