How to Install ChinaRoby X1600P on Trixbox2.8 , Elastix1.5 / 1.6

ChinaRoby X1600P is an asterisk card with 16 FXO/FXS ports,see the details from www.chinaroby.com .

User Guid,
1. Install Kernel Source
Entry the follow command:

yum -y install kernel-devel
yum -y install gcc

2. Download the dahdi-linux, dahdi-tool
Entry the follow command:
cd /usr/src
wget http://downloads.digium.com/pub/telephony/dahdi-linux/dahdi-linux-current.tar.gz
wget http://downloads.digium.com/pub/telephony/dahdi-tools/dahdi-tools-current.tar.gz
3. Install dahdi-linux
Entry the follow command:
tar -zxvf dahdi-linux-current.tar.gz
cd dahdi-linux-2.2.0.1/drivers/dahdi/]
download the patch replace wctdm.c flie:
wget http://www.chinaroby.com/downloads/wctdm.c.dahdi.txt
mv wctdm.c.dahdi.txt wctdm.c
cd ../../
make
make install
4. Install dahdi-tools
Entry the follow command:
cd ..
tar -zxvf dahdi-tools-current.tar.gz
cd dahdi-tools-2.2.0
./configure
make clean
make
make install
reboot
6. load wctdm driver
Remove the old wctdm model:
rmmod wctdm
load the new wctdm model:
modprobe wctdm
At this time, the status light will be light
reboot
7. configure asterisk
dahdi_genconf
dahdi_cfg –vvvvvvvvvv

Personlly I would not trust this spammer..Scoop has some nice Yeastar TDM's

+1 on Yeastar, except don't use trixbox. Rather go Elastix. It just works better, and it has hylafax integrated along with a crm and a coupla other goodies.
