All the talk about now is about the Atlantic Cable shouldn't the East Africa cable be online by now. I think notel and Mtn has shares in the cable, they have been rather quiet since mweb dropped their bomb last week.
 
iirc it should only be fully functioning in august or so after testing has been done
 
The Wacs cable is still waiting for the arch drawings of the landings stations to be finalised!
