Exchange Control Regulations should be enforced against Telkomonopoly...
I view Telkomonopoly's profiteering as having geared up to take all the profits to other countries & no longer pay attention to the local infrastructure in SA...and that is what is going to happen unless SARB controls the amount of money Telkomonopoly takes out of the country...
