I've been calling and calling and calling the callcentre to get the guys to pick up my device since its been about 2 months since I've cancelled, and this thing is just gathering dust here.

I'd also like them to give me my deposit back, if that is not too unreasonable of me to ask:mad:

So,my ultimatum is as follows : Neotel fetches the device from my house by next week Friday, or they can collect it at the rubbish dump

Am I being unreasonable?
 
Where is the nearest Neotel store? Judging how useless they are, I wonder if they'll even accept the thing. Not to mention them being unable to return the deposit due to their empty till... :sick:

Their couriers must be running their feet off with these new ADSL prices- i assume that's what you're replacing them with? Enjoy :D

You paid the termination fees, so the device is yours to do with as you see fit.

You can't sell the device, who the hell wants it...

Try selling it back to Neotel... I bet they don't even want it.
 
I for one would have bought it for my girlfriend - but she doesn't have Neotel coverage in her area. Try advertising it here on Mybroadband for R500 you might sell it.

Actually I didn't pay any termination fees at all, since I was told that I terminated my service with no penalty costs due to the high congestion in my area and Neotel's inability to rectify my problems.

I just paid my monthly bill and that was that.

and besides that, what the hell do you expect me to do with a device I cannot use at all!?

Do you guys rip all your clients like this!?
 
I also have an useless Neotel device at my home after I cancelled their terrible service. I think I will give it to my brother's kid to play phone-phone with it.
